When we hold onto these types of issues and emotions, we create stress within the body. Over time this can present as feeling, stuck, overwhelmed, angry, and frustrated. It may even present as pain or dis-ease. A kinesiology balance can help you reconnect with your inner self and approach life's challenges with more clarity.
Kinesiology is a holistic modality that promotes physical health and spiritual wellbeing utilising both Eastern and Western medicine methodologies. The Kinesiology approach is to identify factors that block the body’s natural healing process whether that be in your physical or emotional health. By utilising gentle muscle monitoring any signs of stress being held within the body can be identified - whether it be on a physical, emotional or energetic level. A Kinesiologist will work with you towards correcting these imbalances and bring the body back into harmony.
Mind Body Medicine uses a mapping process in which the link between presenting symptoms in the body and the connection to the mind are recognised. By looking at the pattern’s in your life and the motivation in what you do and why you do it, layers can be peeled back and explored of how these behaviours can be contributing to your symptoms and how it can be impacting your health and well-being.
As we are all unique human beings, each session is very personalised and will be as individual as your health and well-being. A kinesiology session utilises a variety of healing therapies that include -client centred counselling, acupressure, nutrition, traditional chinese medicine practices, sound healing, colour therapy, essences and essential oils. All assisting to help bring the body and mind back into homeostasis.
