about your session

For a kinesiology and mind-body medicine session, a thorough intake is needed. A comprehensive intake form will be sent to you upon your appointment confirmation. This is a great opportunity to take the time to fill out your history as well as comment on what you would like to address in the session. Please send it back to be i ng before your first consultation.

An initial appointment will be around 1.5 hours in which we take a look at physical issues, symptoms and emotional complaints. The treatment may focus on a structural or emotional approach, depending on what may be identified in the session. We will also look at emotions, beliefs and attitudes that may be limiting you and work towards dissolving these blockages.

Any subsequent sessions will be 1 hour - 1.5 hours in which we explore these ideas further.
